Support Technician

Role & Responsibilities

First line technical support of Panasonic PBX for French regions via telephone and e-mail/Ticketing system.

To join an existing team of engineers supporting Panasonic PBX in European regions.

Timely and efficient escalation of serious tickets to our in-house 2nd line team, with a detailed and professional account of the status.

Reporting directly to the 2nd line Team Lead.


Required Skills:

Native French language speaker, with an understanding of regional dialects and cultures.

Good English language skills (verbal and written)

Good telephone manner

Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Basic Networking skills


Desirable Skills:

Experience in Telecommunications/ISDN/VoIP

Intermediate Networking skills
